Dear friends and colleagues,
It is my great pleasure, on behalf of our Scientific Committee, to welcome you to the second edition of the European Workshop on AI for Clinical Applications (EURAICA 2027), which will take place at the Pullman Hotel in Brussels, Belgium, on 24-25 February 2027.
Our inaugural edition explored how Artificial Intelligence can support clinical research before, during and after clinical trials. This year, we change perspective. Rather than following the chronology of clinical development, EURAICA 2027 will take stock of where we actually stand: which AI-enabled methods are already being used to generate evidence for regulatory and HTA decision making, which concrete needs they address, and with what degree of maturity and acceptance. Just as importantly, we will examine what is not yet being done - the unmet needs of sponsors, regulators and HTA bodies that current methods do not yet answer, and the scientific, methodological and operational gaps that stand in the way.
None of this is possible without data. A dedicated part of the program will therefore address the quality, accessibility and governance of the data required to train, validate and deploy these models, as well as the key initiatives currently shaping the European data landscape.
Once again, we are proud to bring together leading voices from clinical research, biostatistics, AI technologies, regulatory science and health technology assessment, to deliver insights that are both visionary and practical. This workshop is a unique opportunity to engage with academic researchers, regulatory authorities, HTA representatives, investors, entrepreneurs, and executive leaders from pharmaceutical and biotech companies involved in clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory strategy.
We also invite you to join us as a Sponsor or Exhibitor, and benefit from exceptional visibility and access to a forward-looking, cross-sector audience.
We look forward to welcoming you to Brussels for EURAICA 2027 - and to shaping the future of clinical evidence generation together.
Sincerely,

Alexandre Templier
